Usage Guidelines for Rivalyzer Services

Welcome to Rivalyzer!

Thank you for purchasing a License to Rivalyzer.
We've created these Usage Guidelines for Rivalyzer Services especially for you, the Licensed User. Through easy-to-understand rules and practical scenarios, the Guidelines are intended to help you use the Rivalyzer Services within your contractual entitlements and also to help you get the most value from your Rivalyzer relationship.

Baseline License

These Usage Guidelines constitute a baseline license that is generally applicable to Licensed Users who have purchased a subscription to Rivalyzer Services. Where a specific Rivalyzer product offering includes entitlements that are different from the baseline license, the terms of that product offering will apply. Rivalyzer reserves the right to periodically update these Usage Guidelines.

Rivalyzer Content

  • Each subscribing organization ("You") receives access rights to www.rivalyzer.com for one (1), three (3) or ten (10) employees of the organization, according to the selected subscription level.
  • Only these employees, the Licensed Users, may access and open www.rivalyzer.com research documents.
  • The Licensed Users may access and open as many documents, within the scope of your organization, as you like.
  • The Licensed Users may copy and paste, take a screenshot or print any part of Rivalyzer and redistribute it to other employees of your organization.
  • The Licensed Users are not allowed to redistribute any Rivalyzer content to anyone outside of your organization, unless you got specific approval to do so from Rivalyzer, as defined in the Copyright policy.
  • Those to whom you or your employees are not allowed to distribute Rivalyzer content includes, but not limited to the following:
    • Employees of your parent company
    • Employees of a subsidiary
    • Customers
    • Partners
    • Analysts
    • Investors (including VCs)
    • Potential investors
    • Potential acquiring company
    • And so on.

User Access

The Username and Password of each of the three users of the organization are for the personal use of the assigned employee only and may not be shared with others, either inside or outside the organization.
However, the organization may reassign a Username and Password to a different individual within the organization by submitting a request to Rivalyzer which will issue a new User and Password and will invoke all permissions of the previous user.

Monitoring of Usage

Please note that Rivalyzer monitors activity on our web site, including use of our Services by Licensed Users.
