How long are Rivalyzer contracts?

To make it easy, we offer annual and monthly agreements.If you sign for a monthly agreement, the contract length is one month, and you are automatically billed on a monthly basis. If you sign up for an annual agreement, the contract length is one year. After one year, your agreement will become monthly, and you'll be automatically billed on a monthly basis from then onwards.

Is there a discount for an annual commitment?

Yes, when you sign up for an annual plan, you pay only for the first 10 months of the year. The last two are on us. That is a 17% discount on top of any other discount we offer.

How do I cancel?

It's easy. As there are no cancellation fees, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just email support@rivalyzer.com, and we will cancel your subscription.

• Monthly plans will be cancelled starting the next month.
• Annual plans will be cancelled starting the next month. The pro-rata refund for the unused months you paid for will be processed to your credit card within 30 days.
